How to make fried chicken crispy
Ingredients of fried chicken crispy :
- The main ingredient needed to make fried chicken crispy is one broiler or kampong chicken. Wash and cut the meat to the size that you want. One chicken can be made approximately 4-6 pieces of meat.
- Prepare a small spoon of cumin.
- Two medium sized lemongrass stalk. Wash using clean water and crushed it.
- A half spoon of pepper.
- Salt
- A half spoon of baking powder
- 4 pieces leaves of kaffir lime. Wash the leaves thoroughly before being used.

- A half kilo of pure cooking oil for frying the chicken.

How to Make Chicken
crispy
- The first step is preparing the seasoning. Blend all the ingredients for seasoning such as garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, pepper and salt until smooth. Then mix the material into one.
- Before being fried, the chicken meat should be boiled by using a medium pan approximately 15 minutes until the chicken meat is smooth. Boil the chicken meat with small fire in order to be not too mushy. Add lemongrass, bay leaves, and galangal which have been already pounded into the pan.

- Add a little cold water to make the crispy mixture in order to be softer and stick to the chicken.
- Once the flavors mingle and crispy dough is ready, prepare a large frying pan, heat the oil, and fry over low heat.
- When the oil becomes hot enough, take chicken and marinate with crispy batter, and then put the meat into the frying pan containing hot oil. Perform these steps one by one for the chicken meat.
- Fry the chicken meat with a small flame and alternate it by a spatula so that the chicken cooked through and not be burnt.
- We could also fry the crispy batter first. After a little bit cooked, add the chicken meat into the frying pan then crispy batter will cover the whole chicken meat. Wait until the chicken is cooked and transformed into a golden color.
- When it has been cooked, remove, and drain.
- The last step is frying the rest of dough crispy for being added and sprinkled on the chicken meat.
- Then serve on a plate.
